Each day's share is added when you sign in after 9 AM (KST), and unused energy builds up to about 3 days' worth. Shares for days you were away are added when you come back (up to about 3 days' worth). Individual plans can be billed monthly or yearly — yearly is billed up front.
Energy use, for example: AI chat · splitting an instruction into items and confirming it with Haru · asking Haru on an item card · daily briefing · creating a personal project. The amount used varies by feature and volume.

Give seats only to the people who use AI the most and the admins who need the team briefing. Members without a seat still join in at no Team plan charge — their Haru Energy stays on their own plan.
TODAYS Team Onboarding Program — a team owner starting the Team plan for the first time can use it for 2 months with no Team plan charge (card registration required · one time only per account, payment method, or email inbox). The seat and Haru Energy terms for the free period are shown together on the start screen, and you are charged for the Team plan only if you separately agree before any paid period begins.
Sign up or log in, then create or open a team in Settings > Organization to start. Paying for the Team plan requires being 19 or older.

All displayed prices include VAT (10%). All paid plans are billed automatically each billing period and can be cancelled anytime. Upon cancellation, you can keep using the service for the remaining period. Service period: 1 month for monthly billing / 12 months for annual billing (from the payment date). - About Haru Energy: Haru Energy included in your subscription is an internal service unit measuring AI feature usage. It is not cash or points and cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or refunded, and for some features it is used to set aside in advance the share allocated to that feature before use. The amount deducted varies by the feature and volume used, and where a share is set aside in advance, the amount is shown on screen before it is set aside.
- Withdrawal of subscription: Full refund if unused within 7 days of payment; pro-rata refund of the unused remaining period once use has begun.
- Advance notice of auto-renewal: Before the scheduled payment date, we email your registered address in advance with the scheduled payment date, amount (base + VAT), payment method, and cancellation link.

Haru Energy packs (one-time purchase)
Packs let you use AI features beyond your subscription. They don’t auto-renew — buy one when you need it. Packs are used automatically after your subscription’s free energy runs out. Haru features in work request documents also use your subscription Haru Energy first, then team credits, then passes.

Payment & refund
- These packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- A purchased pack can be used only by the buyer and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- Refunds: full refund if no energy has been used. If you have used some, only the value of the energy used is deducted and the remainder is refunded (refunds requested more than 7 days after payment are subject to a 10% cancellation charge on the remainder). You can still claim a refund for the unused remainder after the validity period has passed.
- Refunds can be requested within five years of payment. Within one year of payment we refund to the original payment method; after that we verify a bank account in your name and transfer the amount.
- Payment methods: the cards and easy-pay options shown in the payment window (charged in Korean won).
