Packs let you use AI features beyond your subscription. They don’t auto-renew — buy one when you need it. Packs are used automatically after your subscription’s free energy runs out.

Payment & refund
- These packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- A purchased pack can be used only by the buyer and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- Refunds: full refund if no energy has been used. If you have used some, only the value of the energy used is deducted and the remainder is refunded (refunds requested more than 7 days after payment are subject to a 10% cancellation charge on the remainder). You can still claim a refund for the unused remainder after the validity period has passed.
- Refunds can be requested within five years of payment. Within one year of payment we refund to the original payment method; after that we verify a bank account in your name and transfer the amount.
- Payment methods: credit and debit cards (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, PAYCO, and Toss Pay support is planned).
